The home constructed in 1974 boasts numerous features that pay homage to the iconic style of the 70s era.

Enjoy ultimate privacy with a distance from the neighbors and State Game Lands surrounding the back and left side of the large property. The home is located across from the lake and has it’s own private dock located across the street. Private keyless entry. Our home is located on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, power boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Located a short walk down the street is another lake house for 6 people. If interested in renting both, please inquire.


Guests have access to the entire home and property except for:
-1 locked closet on each level (hallway on main level, and under the stairs in the lower level)
-1 locked storage cabinet in laundry room

Retreat to the fourth bedroom with a plush king-size mattress. Adjacent, the full bathroom offers a tub/shower and is located next to the laundry room.
