The space
Outstanding location, great neighborhood, comfortable 3 level spacious house, perfectly located ski/gear/tuning room on entry level!
Guest access
Access to complete house, except for some locked closets!
Other things to note
Although there is no WII, there is an Excellent 4G Cellular Signal due to the Cell Tower in direct view on top of Sugarloaf, a few miles away!

The remote wooded location makes WI-FI unreliable. We tried a DSL for a while, but the cellular network is much more reliable!
