Step into a relaxing atomsphere at Minne-GetAway: Suburban Retreat. The warm spa-like color palette envelopes you in calm as you walk through the home. Three bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lower level family room, custom tiled bath, and 2 person jacuzzi tub. We have designed this home to be a stylish and enjoyable home away from home with great amenities like a brand new kitchen fully stocked for meals, 3 Smart TVs, and a lower level recreational room complete with pool table and built-in bar.

Minne-GetAway: Suburban Retreat is a 4 level split style home with a pleasing main floor that contains the front living room, a foyer, an informal dining area that leads to the deck and backyard, and an open concept kitchen with brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, fixtures and all new black stainless steel appliances that lead to the attached 2 car garage. It's about 6-7 steps that lead upstairs to 3 bedrooms on one level with a fully remodeled bathroom which includes new fixtures.

The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cups, mugs, plate ware for up to 8 people, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, and cooking utensils as well as some bake ware. We also supply simple amenities like salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cooking oil.

We can't decide which bedroom we love more! The Heron bedroom with its twin scalloped lamps, Foster Sterns pillow top mattress overlooking two large heron paintings, the Modern bedroom with it's arresting abstract painting and large flat screen Smart TV, or the Blue bedroom with it's oriental carpet and desk workstation. You'll have to draw straws on who gets what room!

All 3 bedrooms have queen beds with stylish accents, 4 fluffy pillows, a quilt coverlet along with an extra quilt for anyone who prefers a toasty night sleep, a laundry basket & it's own waste basket. The upstairs bathroom features basic amenities for the weary traveler like hair ties, cotton pads for makeup removal, and Q-tips for your use as well as soft fluffy towels for each guest. We supply a family size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you forgot your own.

Another 6-7 steps from the main level lead you to the laundry room on the right where washer, dryer, laundry soap, and fabric softener sheets are available for your use. To the left is the cozy family room with features a 70" Smart TV and sofa sleeper bed. There's a wood burning fireplace and a wood plank dry bar that can double as a work space or board game table. Please enjoy reading any of the selection of books we have available.

The lowest level of this home features a recreation room complete with a pool table, bar rails and wet bar, and the best feature: another 65" Smart ROKU TV.

You will have access to the entire home and have complete privacy.

This charming home is located on a quiet residential street in one of the premier Eastern suburbs of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Located minutes from Woodbury, Minnesota and downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. The City of Cottage Grove has recently opened new parks and this home is located close to the new Hyvee Grocery.

The home has a 2 car attached garage that guests will have access to and can easily park 2-4 cars outside on the driveway.

There is no additional charge for up to 4 guests, it's $25 per additional person per night after 4 guests.

Please note our basic house rules:

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property or garage. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. We've worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You're welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

No pets allowed due to owner's severe allergies. A $350 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. Many guests ask ahead of time if any pets have been inside a home due to their allergies.

No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various Airbnb homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please contact us via inquiry.

Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.

We also have some baby equipment like a high chair, baby swing, etc. on the premises should you need them. Extra guests are $25/per person and you can always reach out with any inquiries. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be available with advance notice for $50.

No parties allowed, we may consider small family gatherings however this home is on a quiet residential street with watchful neighbors.

Due to allergies from other guests, we have a strict no pet policy and a zero-tolerance no smoking inside the home or garage policy. If you smoke outside of the home, please clean up your cigarettes to be considerate of other guests. Deep cleaning charges of $350 to deodorize the home will apply to anyone violating these policies.
