Escape to this adorable cottage in picturesque Eagle Harbor. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 full bed, our cozy retreat is perfect for a small group of guests. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It’s just a short walk to the lighthouse and an even shorter walk to the clear water and sandy beach of Lake Superior. Also, the Eagle Harbor Inn is a great spot to enjoy a drink or a meal with family and friends just down the road. Hiking trails abound, and you are halfway between Copper Harbor and Calumet, all with their own adventures. Kickback and relax on the patio and enjoy everything Eagle Harbor and our cottage has to offer.

Joy was very welcoming and went out of her way to solve any problems we had and to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the cottage, the cleanliness of the cottage, the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable mattresses. The cottage was perfect for our ski getaway to Mt. Bohemia! We hope to stay here again!

Lovely property and host

Was in Eagle Harbor for a long holiday weekend; first time visiting the area and was so happy to connect with Joy for this wonderful place to stay. The property is very clean and cozy, with all the amenities you'd need to be comfortable. Joy was very kind and the communication was great at all stages of the process. Would definitely recommend!

This home was so warm and inviting. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The many windows brought a lot of light into the house. The kitchen is well equipped to cook, which we took advantage of. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The living area inviting in the evenings. The location is perfect for visiting any area of the Peninsula. We truly enjoyed ourselves in this welcoming home. The hostess, Joy, is a "Joy" to work with. She is easy to contact and made things easy to rent their home. Thanks for allowing us to stay there!!

The house is very cute, larger than we expected - which is fine, definitely can easily a group of 4 to 6. Check in is a breeze, check out is easy. The location is great fro exploring the Copper Harbor peninsula (not sure iof the peninsula has an actual name, my partner and I just use Copper Harbor as the main reference point.). We stayed in Eagle River last year, but this location is much more to our liking. There's a lighthouse around one corner, and a breakfast spot around the other corner - nothing fancy, but food and coffee were good. And Fitzgerald's Hotel and Restourant is just a 15 minute drive (Fitzgerald's restaurant is a must for at least one meal while up in the area. Just make sure to make reservations.)Overal a great stay, and we may very well try to book the house around the same time - give a week or two - next year!

Clean and Bright

We loved the place and all the windows let us enjoy the scenery and fresh air. Everything was clean and functional. When we come back to Eagle Harbor, we will be looking a this place first.

A cozy cottage - great for 3

The cottage was great - exactly what you see on the pictures. It was clean, everything worked, and it looked like the host really cares about the property. We had 3 and it was perfect - would be very cozy for 5 or 6. We stayed in March so kind of a between season. Given the remote location, having a kitchen that allows real cooking was a huge plus for us. We will be back!

Rugged beauty in the midwest

Stunning fall scenes alongside the rugged Lake Superior coastline. Also the place where my parents grew up during the 30's and 40's. Lots of memories as kids.

We adored this cottage! It is SUPER cute inside! The owner definitely pays attention to detail for all the necessities, as well as all the little things you don't think of until you need them. The beds are super comfy, plenty of dishes and useful utensils for the kitchen, spices to cook with, and she even left us a little welcome note with a small gift! The only problem, if I could call it that, was there's not a lot of parking room. We didn't realize the neighbor's property runs right up to the side of the cottage and we parked there. The neighbor came out and informed us and we corrected things, but she was a bit upset at first. She ended up being pretty cool, but it's something everyone should know about. We won't hesitate to rent here again! We walked to watch the lighthouse at night and there is just a ton to do in the area! We LOVE it up there!
