In addition, the Publix supermarket is only a few minutes' walk away.

The entire condo unit is for the exclusive use of my confirmed guests during their stay.
Visitors are not allowed.

Looking for CLEAN, RESPECTFUL GUESTS ONLY.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking and any illicit behavior is prohibited.
No loud music past 9pm.
To reserve this unit, you must be at least 21 years old and guest(s) submit a valid ID within 24hrs of approved reservation.

Check in: 3pm- if you have a later arrival time we kindly ask that guests make contact in advance to coordinate.
Check out: by or before 11am

All visitors staying for 30 days or more must fill out an online application. Pay a screening fee of $150 per adult or married couple.
