There are 2 laundry rooms, and the downstairs feels like its own private suite!
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. No tampering with the Wi-Fi router, security camera, or smart lock. Leaving pet waste in the yard will incur a $250 fine.
