Enjoy this large, enchanting, private home surrounded by nature, and no neighbors! With an artistically modern feel, cozy furnishings, skylights bringing in soft relaxing light along with comfortable nooks to kick back in and enjoy the wooded views, this home will bring a calm enjoyment to any vacation. There are 3 bedrooms, offering one King size and Two Queen sized beds, 2.5 baths and several wonderful napping or conversation areas. Even the beautiful shower in the master suite offers views of the forest! The Arkansas Room completes the treehouse retreat feel with access to the deck with a 4 top table and umbrella.

~We warmly welcome you to our peaceful and cozy Arkansas home. The privacy of our home, without neighbors, surrounded by mother nature has provided us with a nice balance from city living. It's also nice to be so close to tasty diners and restaurants when we don't feel like cooking in the kitchen. We love enjoying a cup of coffee on the master bedroom balcony or in the Arkansas room early in the morning watching the sun rise amongst the trees. One of our favorite things is to admire the picturesque woods and scenic views as the seasons and colors change from different spots inside and outside the home. The home offers so much natural light that flows through the space thanks to all the windows and skylights. We also love gathering around the large dining table to play games with family or reading a book sitting in the cozy chairs facing the fireplace. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorite things too. We welcome all open and honest feedback and look forward to providing the best experience for all guests. Since we love enjoying a cup of coffee in the home, we have provided some of our favorite coffee for you to indulge and enjoy. Peace and love.~

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

When you arrive, you will find: A welcome book with listings for restaurants, grocery stores, lakes, golf courses, churches, and much more.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
