Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and 1 block to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

Free underground parking, high speed wireless WIFI internet, cable TV, Netflix at no additional cost. The building offers a swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash courts and sauna.

Linens and towels for 7 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Trendy executive living with Vancouver's best restaurants and bars close by (1/2 block), Granville Island Market (ferry/bridge), Yaletown (10min), Vancouver Entertainment district (8min), Davie Street (trendy cafes 8min) and Vancouver's best restaurants and patios (5min walk). Fantastic stay in downtown Vancouver

A fantastic property situated conveniently in downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to everything, near the beach, Davie, and scenic walk along trail to Stanley Park. Robson and Gastown are a nice walk through downtown as well. A bit quirky, yet wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom (each with a queen bed) which is very hard to find in downtown Vancouver. Community hot tub and pool also helped check all the boxes. Great as a stay for 3 couples traveling together. Would definitely stay again!

Scott's place was generally great and very well located. Finding one's way through the basement parking maze is a bit of a trick.

Beautiful space, location and attentive owner

All other reviews have covered all the positives and we agree completely! We absolutely enjoyed our week! We were in Vancouver for our son's wedding and so having a large, conveniently located space for us all to be together was exactly what we needed, thank you!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME PLACE

So this place is eclectic BUT in a terrific way. The Dali chair is crazy comfortable, the living room is comfy, and the bedrooms are cozy as well. The kitchen is one a serious cook can create a meal. The beds are comfortable AND the shower is great!! - a serious amount of water pressure that makes it really feel like a shower versus being misted. The space is laid out over 3 floors which is handy if you have a member of your party that wants some separation from the main group. The main floor has a terrific living space next to the kitchen with a bed and bath below and the other 2 bedrooms above. While we didn't use it the space has a great outside deck to relax in. The kitchen is terrific for cooking!! There are a good selection of pots and pans that a Granville Island Foodie has the ability of cooking an amazing meal from your finds. There's a wine fridge, good oven and stove, and plenty of room in the full-size fridge to store your finds from wherever you ventured. The place is a great value and find!! It's only 2 blocks away from the ferry that goes to Granville Island - incredibly convenient . It's only a short walk to other major spots in the downtown area. Tartine Bakery is only a couple of blocks away - their coffee is great and their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING!!!!! Bottom line is that this place is comfortable and warm. After a long day of touristy things this is a wonderful place to just chill and relax. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family of children because it's a very ADULT designed place. I've never visited Vancouver - which was terrific - but Scotty's home was what made the visit a wonderful and comfortable place to just relax and enjoy WHAT we had just done and plan the next. Side note. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great to relax and unwind the knots for being all touristy. Scotty was terrific in replying to any concerns or questions we had. Thanks for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again when I stay in Vancouver. Thanks Scotty for a wonderful week.

Great Vancouver location

My wife and I along with my parents recently spent an enjoyable weekend at Scott's condo in Vancouver. The location is ideal for central Vancouver and almost everything is walk-able. The water taxis to Granville Island are a two minute walk; Sunset Beach and Yaletown are each about a ten minute walk and the shopping etc on Georgia Street is about twenty minutes away. You can even walk to Stanley Park if you are energetic. The unit itself was as described and is over three floors. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the complex is very nice. We were not there long enough to try the pool or fitness areas, but from what I saw they looked very nice. The unit is over three floors (plus there is a roof top patio) so may not be best for anyone with mobility issues. Having the underground parking was an additional bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he is very responsive. We hope to return and stay at this unit on our next visit to Vancouver and I would highly recommend this Unit.

Das Haus liegt super, zu Fuß 2 min zum ferry boat nach Granville Island, 25 min zum Canada Place! Wir waren zu viert, daher ausreichend Platz im Haus. Alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Der Kontakt zu Scott war perfekt, hilfreich und freundlich. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Auflagen der Terrassenmöbel könnten ausgetauscht werden, sie waren nicht mehr so sauber.

Great house and location

It’s was a great place to say nice kitchen to make big breakfast for the crew to get you thru the day and was located in a great spot as it was nice and quiet yet it took you only minutes to eat to downtown and only took one minute to get to the ferries to get everyone and cabs new exactly where we were did not have to wait long at all for cabs. The townhouse has a lovely roof deck which was nice to just relax and talk with everyone before bed and had lovely little plants to smell and water to make you so relaxed. Will definitely stay again for next event in Vancouver

Great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and beach walk.

Our Family had a great time in Vancouver. The VRBO is in a great location. There are three bedrooms and a large living area with full kitchen. The bed we slept in was great. The beach walk is only two blocks down and my nice and nephew rented bikes just up the hill from the VRBO to bike along it. Granville Island can be accessed by a five minute shuttle ferry from two blocks down as well. The food you can buy there is absolutely amazing. There are many breweries and other restaurants as well on Granville Island. There is a spa just one block down on the right where I had one of the best massages ever. There are many excellent restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. Scott, the owner, responded promptly to emails and phone calls and was always helpful.

Great Location

We so enjoyed our time in Vancouver. This VRBO is conveniently located within a five minute walk to the harbour. From there you can hop on an Aquabus over to Granville Island. The accommodation was spacious and clean with everything you would expect from a VRBO. The host/owner was great to work with and was very knowledgeable on where to go and what to do. The building also had a gym, sauna and pool. GREAT place to stay if you are visiting Vancouver!

Great Location!

This townhouse is located right across from Granville Island and has walking access to Beach Street beaches, Yaletown and other cool areas in Vancouver. House has a lot of Scotty treasures that most guests will find fascinating. Access is easy through a private entrance. Taxis are sometimes hard to come by, but plentiful a few blocks up (when is Vancouver going to get Uber and Lyft?). We had 6 adults and were pretty comfortable in one nice size and two small bedrooms. Only shower is in the bedroom-level bath, but we worked it out. Overall, we had a great time in Vancouver and enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse.

Location, Location, Location!

If you want to see Vancouver - this is the place! Less then two block to the Vancouver Granville island. 10 minute walk to Davie Street restaurants. Another short walk to Yaletown district. Also from here we walked ALL of downtown. Easy check -in and no issues with communication to manager. Scott let us drop off our luggage early so we could explore the city before check in time -thanks! Home was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unique and comfortable furniture and decor - plenty of space for the four of us (two couples) and could easily see it easily accommodate another couple. Couple of neutral items: only one full bath on third floor with half bath in first floor; noise from exhaust fan in front of building (from underground parking?) that was noticeable when windows were open but did turn off at night. Great Stay and would love to stay again! Derek + Jennifer

Perfect trip!

Great location, fabulous decor, nice roof top view, comfortable beds, wonderful little patio with the most beautiful potted Hostas. Just a few steps to bus stop and ferries and a few blocks to the action on Davies. Scotty was very quick to respond to inquiries and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Great location

Great location right near the Aquabus and just a stroll to the beach. Very interesting individual property with everything you need for a great stay. Plenty of room to get away from each other if needed. Near enough to everything.

Location great, but very unclean

Location was great, but very unclean . Attention to towels and linens. Molded smell. Also, directions to access the location needed more detail on the lock box. No DVD player .

As a former Vancouverite, I decided to treat my kids to see Vancouver as a tourist. We had a jam packed vacation and having Granville island there was awesome as we would head over to the market to get food for all our meals.

Great place and convenient location

Scott's place was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. It took us just 15 to 20 min to walk downtown. The beds are soft and comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay with our family.

The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.
