4th of July family vacay
Had a great time for our 4th of July vacation. The house was gorgeous and very close to the beach. Plenty of room for my family and we had a great time.

Family trip to Crystal Beach
House was spacious, clean, and a very short walk to the beach!! Kitchen was stocked with ample utensils, pots, pans, etc.. to make meal preparation easy.
Was a fabulous place to stay with 8 people and could easily added 2 more without feeling cramped at night.

View of beach and nice balcony
The house itself is very nice, great balconies and outdoor seating. The living area was quite comfortable and spacious. The hot tub is portable one that takes 24 hours to heat up. We fit 7 adults around the tall table for games.

Worst vacation ever
This listing needs to be updated. There's basically no gameroom. When the property manager can find the key to the gameroom it's disappointing to say the least. Ping pong table is broken, basketballs are flat. Cornhole tables are broken. Old beach toys and rusted chairs fill any extra space in there. Broken glass is on the floor to the right when you walk in through the door.The projector is broken. No propane for the fire pit and no furniture around the firepit. The portable hot tub is there but the bubbles are ahit and miss. You never know if it's going to work. The hot tub is directly under the AC drain so there's a nice drip on you if you sit in the right spot in the hot tub. Going up the stairs bird poop lines every inch of the hand rail so be careful. The front door bottom lock doesn't work. Two sliding doors you can't lock. It was not safe. There's dead and live roaches in the kitchen drawers. The oven doesn't work. One of the bunk beds stairs are broken so little kids can't access that bed. Freezer in the fridge was extremely dirty. The downstairs shower had trash and a dirty broom on the bench. The upstairs deck had broken patio furniture and a trash filled flower pot. The cargo lift is an extra $200 that's not mentioned in listing. There's no picnic table downstairs and the BBQ pit is extremely rusted. I had to cut my trip short and was told I would get a refund for no access to gameroom and broken oven but haven't received anything about that. Worst experience ever
