The villa, built in 1998, is one of the most beautiful ones of the Algarve. There are only 1300 m to the deep coast. The 5500 m² large, park similarly applied property offers the necessary privacy to enjoy the large terrace with its 75 m², heated pool. All rooms are furnished in the Mediterranean style, nice, individual items accompany the ambiance. 3 satellite TVs with 160 channels, DVD and CD player and wireless internet access offer a lot of entertainment. You find great bathrooms with black granite and cotto, an impressive entrance hall with a tower, a living room with a barrel vault ceiling and a super-luxury kitchen with really everything what belongs to it. And if you want to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in togetherness, then you can take a seat on the large roof deck with a 180 ° view onto the beautiful coast (indirect lightening provided). Our house maid Louisa is every working day there to care for unclouded cleanliness within 3 hours.

Vacation activities: Sport freaks don’t have to put back a long way, because the greatest tennis construction of the Algarve with sandy and courts, fitness centre, diving base, aerobic hall, billiard room and pool you get within 3 minutes walking distance. Shopping freaks can make a trip to the Algarve shopping centre in Guia (15 minutes) and cap your purchase with a typical “chicke piri-piri” – dine in the piri-piri stronghold Guia.
