You'll have your own private beach access, modern amenities, and two expansive decks where you can savor the magnificent sunrise over the ocean.

The top floor of Captain's Quarters features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, seamlessly flowing into the open and inviting living and dining area adorned with beautiful bamboo flooring. The top floor also boasts a master suite with an ocean view and separate access to the upper deck. Additionally, there is a double bunk room that provides ample space for kids to unwind and enjoy. On the first floor, you'll find a second master suite, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each room offers ocean views and sliding glass doors for easy access to the deck.

This exquisite home offers ample parking for 4-6 vehicles, including two covered parking areas underneath the house. A private outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the sand after a day spent on the beach. Modern amenities abound, including WiFi, flat-screen TVs throughout the home, a Blu-ray DVD player, a laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a propane grill. Captain's Quarters accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, making it the perfect destination for a memorable family gathering or a reunion with friends.
