Location, location, location!
Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium with new interior updates. Just one of our seven 2 bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space.
King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen & living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.
Picking the perfect location for your stay in Sun Valley is important. Leave your keys in your condo and make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Super Sun Valley River Run Location

Pennay's is a great location and everyone loved the property. The host was very helpful and the condo had everything we needed. Its a 5 Min walk to the River Run lodge and gondola. Great place to stay

Great location to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and check in/out was a very smooth process with great communication. This is very close and can walk to the slopes. I would stay here again!

Sun Valley Ski Vacation

Perfect location to ski Bald Mountain. Short walk in boots to lift plaza. Unit was perfect for 4 adults. Clean and all the amenities you will need. Easy walk to town center for restaurants and Shops.

We loved skate skiing just a few minutes to the lift, next to the river. The rental was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Best location for skiing

Literally the closest location that you can possibly stay at to reach the gondola at the river run base, about a 5 min traverse from the front door to ski at sun valley!Everyone loved the property it had everything we needed.The owner saved us on the day of our departure our rental car battery was dead and he was right there to help us out! Amazing

The unit is a little outdated in a pleasant 80's ski condo vibe and it has some unusual lighting configurations, but that was fine by us because we wanted a dog-friendly condo right next to park areas.

Our washing machine was broken and when i called management about it they cameover right away and took care of it!! Also a couple of items missing from the kitchen were immediately addressed as well. I was very impressed considering it was 4th of July!! I would stay here again!!

Friendly and Welcoming

We were grateful to find a property that welcomed our small dog and were surprised by the warmth of the Pennay's community-very friendly and welcoming. The unit hasn't been updated recently but was comfortable and we had all we needed. Thank you, Cheri, for your great communication and responsiveness.

The location was perfect and we would love to come back during ski season! The kids had fun in the hot tub and we loved hanging on the picnic tables chatting and watching them play. There were a few dogs with other guests, they all seemed to get along and it was a fun experience in the courtyard with guests sitting on their decks. Overall a great place.

You arrive to your condo and walk right in the door with the heat on and a setting that’s right next to the river and the River Run Lodge. It’s a short walk to the lifts and you’re skiing right outside your back door... which is a rare treat in Sun Valley. You’re also a short walk to the little town of Ketchum for shopping,groceries or any of your skiing needs. For us Pennays and the staff and experience mad us stetch our trip from 2 wks...3wks. & now the last two years we stay 1 Mon th and are already booked for next year. Long story short it’s a place you want to come back to!

Wonderful location and comfortable condo

We had a great time at Pennay’s. Right by a trail and a river, a short walk to downtown Ketchum, this condo is comfortable, clean, and in an amazing location. We will be back!
