A strong dog odor or visible pet hair is not consistent with the condition of the home at check‑in. I have already addressed this with my cleaning team to ensure the standard guests normally experience is upheld without exception. Regarding the kitchen, the items mentioned—such as the K‑cup, air fryer basket, and cupboards—are part of our standard cleaning checklist and are cleaned between every reservation. What you described does not reflect the condition the home is prepared in, and I am reviewing this with my team to reinforce expectations. As for the bed, comfort can vary by preference, but the king mattress is relatively new and has not received similar complaints. Even so, I will re‑evaluate it to ensure it continues to meet the comfort level guests expect. In addition, this portion of Florida has septic tanks and we strongly avoid flushing toilet paper to avoid any back flow.
