Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a grocery store, and just 1/2 mile from Wesley Hospital, this 5 bedroom home easily accommodates large groups.

This house was built in 1906, and we have maintained much of it’s classic charm while updating it with a fresh, clean look. Our large living room offers seating for 13 on the huge sectional couches, with folding chairs available as well to accommodate larger groups. Enjoy complimentary YouTube TV or Netflix on our 65" TV, along with high-speed Wi-Fi.

In our large dining room you’ll find space for 10-12 guests around the dining room table, and extra space to set up a folding table and chairs as well. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a large spread, including many high quality appliances such as a Vitamix blender, waffle maker, handheld mixer, and more.

We provide two 12-cup Ninja coffee makers and a French press, along with several varieties of coffee, including at least one decaf option, and various sweeteners and creamers. Next to the coffee bar you will also find an electric tea kettle with a large selection of teas.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find our jumbo size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, softener, and dryer sheets.

In our private, gated backyard you can fry up a huge breakfast in no time on our 36 inch propane griddle, or toss some steaks on our propane grill for dinner in the evening. We have an extra tank of propane available for both the grill and griddle that can be used to replenish them if needed. Enjoy a picnic dinner around our patio tables and chairs, or relax with a friend on our comfortable deck chairs on the front or back porch. PLEASE NOTE that the patio umbrellas pictured will be in storage from mid fall through mid spring.

We have 1 bedroom on the main floor with a full attached bathroom.
Stateroom: 2 twin bunk beds (4 single beds).

Upstairs you will find our other 4 bedrooms and master bathroom.
Silver Room: 1 Queen bed.
Navy Room: 2 Queen beds and 1 Single bed.
Lux: 1 King bed (+optional crib)
Rose Room: 1 California King bed and 1 Single bed (+optional crib)

All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with mini-split heat/air units, which allows the occupants of each room to set the thermostat to their liking for a restful night of sleep. Each of the 4 upstairs bedrooms also include a widescreen TV with complimentary access to YouTube TV and Netflix.

Our house is child and infant friendly – we have toys, board games, and a playground area in the backyard. We also have a high chair and 2 pack-n-play cribs available upon request, in addition to kids dinnerware.

We have parking for 4-6 vehicles in our private drive and the street in front of our house, and room for several additional vehicles in our gated back yard.
