Welcome to Casa Doble!

Our house is situated at Puerta Cortés Resort, 3 miles north of the city of La Paz. We're part of a small, gated cluster of homes on a hillside above the marina, nestled amidst the fairways of the stunning Gary Player signature golf course. Over looking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz, the house itself is a detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home decorated in the Mexican tradition.

The master bed room has a king sized bed from which you can see the ocean and mountains without even lifting your head off the pillow. The same is true from the ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub. The rest of the ensuite comprises of double sink vanity, a tiled rain shower and a separate toilet room. There is also a walk in closet.

The second bedroom is a bright and spacious room with a queen sized bed and walk in closet.

The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and affords access on to the pergola covered, centre courtyard with views through the living room of the Sea of Cortez.

The second bath room, with shower, is adjacent to the two queen bedrooms. Laundry area is appointed with a washer / dryer, ironing board and other necessities.

The kitchen is furnished in stainless and granite. It is completely outfitted for day to day living with a side by side fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glass stove top and oven. The dining room has seating for 8 and a buffet.

The living room consists of a large sectional couch accompanied by a club chair, an entertainment centre with a small library of books, a 42” flat screen HD TV, iTV box, allowing your to watch TV shows and movies, DVD player and wireless internet

All rooms have independent air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. The courtyard with its pergola and ceiling fan makes for a lovely shaded place to sit and read a book or sip a morning coffee.

The large terrace that extends the length of the house, has patio door access from both the living room and master bedroom. It has one of the most beautiful views in La Paz, over looking the Sea of Cortez.. As Jack Cousteau named it” the Aquarium of the world”. It is not unusual to see dolphin swimming by on a still, flat morning.

Open the gate at the end of the terrace and you have access to a lovely manicured green lawn to do your morning stretching or yoga. Steps away from the terrace you can go for a swim in the 25 meter infinity pool or just relax on one of the chaise lounges.

Casa Doble also invites our visitors to enjoy the amenities of the Puerta Cortés Resort which includes use of the private Puerto Beach Club, Hotel Indigo pool, gym and tennis courts. We include a 4 seater golf cart for during your stay, an additional deposit will be required and a waver signature along with a valid drivers license.

Casa Doble is the perfect place to enjoy the most memorable, beautiful sunsets you will ever see.
