Relax to the soothing sounds of water and paradise becomes effortless in the serene setting. Beneath the home, a spacious gathering area awaits, complete with a bar, charcoal grill, and a picnic table overlooking the private beach on the Lagoon. After a day at the beach, indulge in an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse. The storage closet offers kayaks, bicycles, and beach gear for your convenience.

There is covered parking for up to two vehicles and additional space for more vehicles and a boat in the driveway.

Upon entering the home, the first level unveils a striking open floor plan featuring a living area, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, Lagoon views, and an ensuite bath located just off of the living area. The bunk room, perfect for the kiddos, comes with two full over full bunk beds and a TV. There is a full bathroom accessible from both the bunk room and the kitchen area. In the hallway, guests will find a full-size stackable washer and dryer for all of their laundry needs.

On the second level, an additional living area and a small nook with a desk overlook the first level of the home. Another bedroom with a queen bed and a TV can also be found here. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located down the hall. Access to the open sun deck with loungers provides spectacular views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf.
