Enjoy the off street parking that will accommodate three vehicles if needed. Once here you'll be able relax on the porch swing, rock your cares away on the rocking chair or lay down on the back porches' swinging bed and let your worries fade into the abyss. Our home has what we consider to be everything you will need to relax and enjoy time with family or your new soldier!

The home is located in the historic Rosehill neighborhood of Columbus and although its historic, nearly everything inside of the home has been updated with all of the modern conveniences you and yours need like high speed WIFI, brand new flat screen smart televisions, an air fryer, microwave, phone charges in the bedrooms, full size washer and dryer set. The list goes on and on.

The outside of the home is equipped with motion activated flood light cameras, a ring doorbell and a privacy fenced back yard. Our charcoal BBQ pit is available for a cookout with loved ones.

The bedrooms of the home feature two queen beds wrapped in 1600 thread count linens and super comfortable mattresses that you can melt into and get a great night’s sleep under ceiling fans. An additional twin sized roll out bed for an extra guest is easy to use and move around to the area of your choice. A small desk is provided for you to catch up on emails or surf the internet.

The living room has an oversized comfortable chair and full sized couch so you can kick back relax and enjoy a movie or game night with the family. Board games are provided in case you just want to stay in for the night.

The kitchen and dining rooms offer a farmhouse inspired theme equipped with everything you need to cook a nice home cooked meal or just an evening snack. Enjoy lots of counter space, an island and newer appliances. Enjoy the coffee bar which has a starter pack of coffee pods, creamer and take it to the screened in porch to enjoy a peaceful morning start. The dining room table seats six and is centrally located between the kitchen and living room areas.

The bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo that includes towels, wash clothes and starter amounts of toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothpaste, disposable razors and make up remover wipes for your stay.

Our home has a large separate laundry room that features full size washer and dryer, small ironing board and iron.

The outside of the home is a perfect to relax on the front porch swing or lay down on the swinging bed located within the rear screened in porch. The home has no stairs inside, however, there are steps leading to both the front and rear doors making our home wheelchair inaccessible. Our home has not been child safety proofed. Please be mindful of this. Our back yard is completely fenced in with a 6' wooden privacy fence that provides a secluded pet safe area that you can enjoy.

Pets are welcome in our home. We ask that you keep them off of the furniture. If you have couch potatoes for pets, we have provided a couch cover that is easy to put over the couch. We also ask that you pick up after your puppies when they do their business.

The Rosehill neighborhood is located in the heart of it all and is close to everything the City of Columbus has to offer. Columbus has no lack of attractions, dining or shopping. Whether you are looking for a whitewater or ziplining adventure, cultural attractions or anything in between, this is the spot for you. Also, the best hospital in the city is located very nearby.

Visitors can experience festivals, concerts, sporting events and brewery tours. Free concerts are often offered at Columbus State University or go uptown and experience the night life.

Want to get outside? Check out the rafting on the Chattahoochee River or go to the Columbus Botanical Garden or rent a bike and take a ride down the Riverwalk.

Columbus also offers a plethora of dine in restaurants or fast food for a quick meal on the go. Local stores with Ft. Moore memorabilia, crafty items and more are all found nearby. This city has it all! Traveling nurses welcome!!

We will be as accommodating as possible during check out, however, please remember that we have to have our home cleaned before the next guest arrives which leaves a very short period of time to make our home presentable again.. If you are going to be late checking out please let us know. Also please allow the cleaning staff access to our home. I understand that sometimes you will need a few extra minutes to get everything together but please don't abuse it.

If you have pets we ask that you pick up after them. If your pets waste is left in the yard we will have to charge extra ($125.00) for the cleanup. I had to say this due to previous guests being less than courteous and leaving their pets mess.
