Guests will have access to all property amenities, including the indoor pool, laundry room, and convenient beach access. Guests will receive all details for their stay 3 days before check-in.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking/Vaping. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6. ONLY TWO PARKING SPACES PERMITTED. If the building lot is full additional parking may be available across the street in the designated Sea Winds overflow (permits are still required-only 2 provided). If no spaces are available you are responsible for making other arrangements.
