Sit back and relax in the living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for four. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony furnished with a sitting place where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning marina views!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

In the bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably and lots of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment which may result in some noise during the daytime. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Stella Maris is a new building in Dubai Marina Area; Dubai Marina is a famous area for beach and city lovers where you can get both vibes in one place. The building is directly connected to the long stretch of Marina Walk. You can enjoy strolls, jog, and take a Careem bike or scooter with the breeze of the Marina sea.

Outside the building's ground floor are restaurants from Middle Eastern cuisine, Asian cuisine and many more. On the stretch of Marina Walk, you can have more restaurant options. Marina Mall is 10 minutes drive - the nearest mall in the building. There is also a 5-minute walk grocery store near the area, laundry shops, salons, and even pharmacies.

With so much to offer, Stella Maris Tower Dubai is the ideal place for a getaway!

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DMCC Metro Station is a 10-minute walk from the property.

Marina Walk is just 8 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 22 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 5 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
