The apartment is in a newly built luxury high-rise building in Emaar Beachfront with a panoramic view of The Palm and Dubai Marina. It has direct access to the beach and the yacht docks.
This home is designed with an open floor plan complete with high-end amenities. The living room features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table enough to seat two. There's a large balcony furnished with a seating area to enjoy the breathtaking views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer and ironing equipment for your use.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed lined in hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The building includes a gorgeous shared swimming pool and a health club for you to enjoy. Both facilities can be found on the 2nd floor.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Bay Central, a lively open-air leisure and retail destination, is also located at Emaar Beachfront. It is the perfect spot to spend a day or evening with family and friends.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
DXB Airport is 30 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is just 7 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 15 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
