The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedrooms come with comfy beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The 2 bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Town Square is located along Al Qudra Road, the development is 750 acres in size and will eventually consist of 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments.
There is a Spinney’s supermarket in Town Square, another branch is located in the next-door neighbourhood of Reem, across the street from Mira Prayer Hall.

The area is about 30 minutes away from Dubai International Airport (DXB)
It will take about 20 minutes by car to reach the business hub of Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina.
If Downtown is your destination, you can be there in 20 minutes, traffic dependent.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
