Sit back and relax in the comfy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. There’s also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air!
The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp, and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror, and complimentary toiletries and towels.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late-night walks or stroll alongside the lake. Community retail stores cater to the inhabitants' basic needs, even available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create huge and easy connectivity between the large districts of the community.
The inhabitants and the working class within the JLT benefit from a wide range of facilities within reach, such as quiet community areas, cafe terraces, shaded walkways, and benches. It also includes pavements, fountains, lake fountains, gardens near avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens, and bespoke sculptural features.
Consisting of regular grocery stores, laundries, cafes, and retail outlets, Jumeirah Lake Towers caters to the basic needs and supplies the residents' daily requirement.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
DXB Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Dubai Marina Mall is 10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 25 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
