Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to many of Dubai's top attractions!

Designed with an open living and dining area, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom contains a King bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

This property comes with a shared swimming pool and an indoor health club.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Note: The pool is currently closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, we have not been given a timeline for its completion so that it will remain closed indefinitely.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) situated in the heart of new Dubai, offers its residents with amenities required for a luxurious lifestyle in a tranquil setting.

The closest shopping mall in JVC is the Mall of the Emirates. It is well-connected by the J01 bus route from Jumeirah Village Circle. Besides shopping and dining, the mall offers a range of fun activities for adults and kids alike. Especially with the launch of the Dreamscape VR Park, adding to the many attractions the mall has, such as VOX Cinemas, Ski Dubai, and more.

Secondly, Nakheel’s Circle Mall in JVC is set to open soon, it will be a one-stop destination with the city’s best offerings in retail and dining.

One of the things that most people enjoy in Dubai is a trip to the beach. For JVC residents, the closest beaches are JBR, Kite Beach, and the open beach in Jumeirah, all under half an hour away and they are some of the most enjoyable things to do in JVC.

Traffic is fairly less, making it a prime spot for those commuting to New Dubai hotspots.
Dubai International Airport is a 30-minute drive away, via Al Khail Road.
Downtown Dubai is slightly closer: it is a 25-minute drive away (via Sheikh Zayed Road).
Dubai Media City, Internet City, and Dubai Marina are 20 minutes away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
