This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful Dubai Marina.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The swimming pool is temporarily closed.

Guests will access the entire home, including the building's shared facilities. The pool (temporarily closed) and gym are on the 2nd floor and open daily from 8 am to 10 pm.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Trendy cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Exclusive yachts cruise through the sizeable artificial marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city. Across the building is the Jumeirah Beach Tram Station, which can take you around Marina to the Al Souf area, Jumeirah Road and connecting to Dubai Metro lines.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
