The apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The area includes a floor-to-ceiling window that leads onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The modern tiled bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The building includes a gorgeous shared swimming pool and a health club for you to enjoy. Both facilities can be found on the 2nd floor.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Please note that parking is currently unavailable, as the parking card is missing and cannot be replaced at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Emaar Beachfront is a luxurious waterfront destination in Dubai, offering residents and visitors an unrivalled lifestyle experience. The development is home to Aquaventure Waterpark, one of the world's largest waterparks, and the Dubai Marina Walk, a vibrant promenade with a wide range of dining and entertainment options. Bay Central, a lively open-air leisure and retail destination, is also located at Emaar Beachfront. It is the perfect spot to spend a day or evening with family and friends.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 7 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 15 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
