The open-plan living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfy sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The magnificent balcony is accessible from the living room and is equipped with outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the astonishing views of the Marina.

The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. It also has a beautiful kitchen counter with two barstools to relish your meals in style. Also, the home is decked with a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience.

The main bedroom is furnished and offers a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The home is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

You can find plenty of things to do right by the Dubai Marina. You could also head to the Dubai Marina for grocery and leisurely shopping. ZOOM Supermarket is located in Bay Central, Dubai Marina and has all the daily essentials in store. Al-Maya is 7 minutes walk from the building, and the Waitress supermarket in Dubai Marina Mall is a 4-minute drive.

Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. Many restaurants exist, such as Koyo Dubai, Harries Pancakes Dubai and La Carnita Dubai.
The Dubai Marina walk, which lines the waterfront, has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants. At the same time, the palm tree-lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens, and the marina.

Around the area, you can enjoy a walk on Marina Promenade / Walk with a full sea and yacht view. You can also enjoy boating/ yachting around the marina area. It is 15 minutes walk to JBR Beach with a full Bluewater's- Ain Dubai view.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, Business Bay, is just a 15-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 1 minute away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 30 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 6 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 25 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
