Thoughtfully designed for two, the Studio Suite pairs warm, intentional interiors with the peaceful rhythm of the Texas countryside. A comfortable queen bed, oversized rainfall showerhead, and expansive window views create an intimate place to settle in, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

The open studio includes a sitting area, TV, high-speed WiFi, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and hot/cold water dispenser. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces make simple meals and slow mornings easy, while your private patio with gas fire pit offers a peaceful place to enjoy the evening.

Beyond the suite, registered guests are welcome to explore Rockwood Meadow`s 32 private acres of open meadow, ponds, and walking areas. Cast a line in the stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, watch for deer and native birds, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside. If you`d like to fish during your stay, simply let us know. Please bring your own fishing gear.

Located just outside Rockdale, Rockwood Meadow offers the peaceful rhythm of country life while remaining close to the restaurants, groceries, shops, and everyday conveniences of town.

The Studio Suite is maintained as a pet-free accommodation. Rockwood Meadow is a natural countryside property where guests may encounter insects, spiders, lizards, snakes, coyotes, feral pigs, and other native wildlife. Regular pet-safe pest control is provided, though occasional insects may still find their way indoors.
All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules
and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and
Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or
complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
This Vacation Rental not suitable for children
under the age of 5 Guests are fully responsible for the
safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any
disturbance caused by Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb other occupants – especially
during nighttime hours (e.g. 11pm – 6am), and upon arrival and
departure;
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in
termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of
rental paid and extra charges. Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 Visitors at any time
during their stay.
Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers
are not exceeded; and that. Visitors are complicit with these
House Rules.
Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance
during the booking process and are subject to an additional
fee as noted in the price. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Rental; and Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling
in accordance with the usual practice at the Rental (as set
out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not
be left in public or common areas; and
Garbage and Recycling arrangements at the Vacation Rental are as
follows: In the back of the home.
Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility
to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain
security and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such
as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not
permitted to leave the air conditioning on below 75 when Guests are absent
from the Vacation Rental.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property
Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them
will likely result in a penalty. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also;
No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property. Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and
Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement.
The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to
occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors
who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to
neighbors or other residents of the community.
