The backyard overlooks a golf course and lake, with a private pool and outdoor kitchen for relaxing and entertaining. whether you seek relaxation or fun, this home offers the perfect getaway in a serene setting.
This spacious retreat offers four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths, making it perfect for families or groups, looking to enjoy comfort and style.
The Layout:
Master bedroom (downstairs) enjoy the privacy of the master suite with its own master bath. Please note that the closet is not accessible during your stay.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 (upstairs) these jack and jill style rooms are perfect for family or friends traveling together. each bedroom has its own sink, and they share a tub and a toilet, along with a linen closet.
Both rooms feature walk in closets with plenty of hangers.
Bedroom 4(upstairs) this room is furnished with a king size daybed, ideal for extra guests. Please note that the closet is not accessible.

Entertainment and relaxation spaces:
Game room ( upstairs) you'll find a fun game room with a pool table, perfect for some friendly competition or just relaxing.

Media Room ( also upstairs) the cozy media room is equipped with a Samsung 85-inch smart TV and a Sony PlayStation 5. bring your favorite games and enjoy a movie night or a gaming session with plenty of space to unwind. there are extra pillows and blankets for additional sleeping areas.

Full bath upstairs: a full bath with plenty of linens is located conveniently between the game room and media room.
Large half bath: located through the breakfast area inaccessible via an exterior door at the outdoor kitchen. this spacious half bath is perfect for changing in and out of swimsuits and is stocked with towels and pool toys. it is the ideal restroom to use when coming in from the pool.

Additional amenities:

The home comes stocked with cleaning products, laundry detergent, and trash bags for your convenience.

Enjoy the serene views of the golf course from the backyard ( please note that some of the backyard plants are still recovering from an unusual Texas freeze).
Important Notes:

Pet Policy: we allow dogs on a case-by-case basis. With an additional fee and deposit. The backyard features a wrought iron gated area, making it a secure spot for your fur baby to enjoy the outdoors.

Texas Bugs: Texas is known for its diverse range of insects, which vary by season. While we have routine pest control scheduled, please notify us if you noticed any pest issues during your stay. we appreciate your understanding and hope you feel comfortable in our space.
