We were a family of four with two labs visiting for Christmas and felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The house is perfect, quiet street and an easy bike ride or walk to beach access. We enjoyed the backyard seating area for dinners and everyone had their own space to rest comfortably. We loved visiting HHI during the holidays and will be back!!!

High Cotton

This is where you want to stay on HHI, especially if you're bringing a companion animal. Easy walk to beach and nature reserve. Short walk to the beach is like a Disney ride, except the gators are real. Quiet neighborhood; practically a cul-de-sac so no vehicular traffic. Secure location within gated Sea Pines. Jay & Linda are conscientious hosts. A couple minor maintenance issues were resolved as soon as we made them aware. The house is immaculately maintained with everything in good condition and working order. Tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. Amazing backyard goes on forever. We would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect setup

This house was in a great location in a quiet cul de sac where the kids could ride their bikes. It's just a short ride to Lawton Stables, the beach, and the nature preserve. We had everything we needed for the week. The kids found lots of fun things to do among the games and books available. The house worked very well for our family and made our stay super easy and enjoyable!

Holiday Getaway

This home was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay with our two pups on a trip to Hilton Head over the holidays. Hilton Head Vacation

The property was clean and had plenty of room for a group of 6. I noticed a pool pass, but I reviewed the map and didnā€™t see the location of the pool. The beach was not to far and Harbor Town was near by as well, which is a great place to eat and hang out.

Amazing Stay at Cotton Lane!

We loved the house! This was our first time in Hilton Head and it didn't disappoint. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the beach or to the Lot 8 parking lot to drop off the car. The pool was also easy to get to and close. It was a beautiful pool and never took crowded while we were there. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and we also loved cooking meals at the house. The property owners explained everything perfectly and responded quickly to every text. We really didn't want to leave! Thanks for an amazing vacation, we would love to come back!

We stayed here for close to three weeks and loved the quiet and secluded setting in Sea Pines. This house is close to everything you could want. Lots of walking paths. Plenty of scenery. Short drive to Coligny Plaza/Beach. And of course we enjoyed lots restaurants. The house was perfect for us and comes as advertised. Stocked with everything youā€™d need. We only had a few things we had to ask Linda and Jay about and they were quick to respond. The online portal was very helpful and informative. We would definitely want to stay in this house or at least use this rental company again. Really good trip! They make it easy.

Excellent Review Title Wonderful home! Your Comments The house was as described, and as seen in the pictures. Very cute and clean and stocked with just about everything. You will likely need to get shampoo and toilet paper after the first day. Bikes can be delivered through the Hosts before you arrive, as well as beach chairs, although we ended up just buying a couple beach chairs for our stay. The bikes were great to have. While the beach is a .6 m walk, the bikes made it quick, and the Harbour Pool is a 14 min bike ride away (the Hosts provide the pool pass). We used every bit of the house during our stay, including the gas grill, and the yard and neighborhood are quiet and beautifully kept and cute. The beds are super comfortable - I wish we could have taken the master bed home on the top of our car, and the towels, beach towels, sheets, comforters bathrooms, kitchen and laundry appliances were all top quality. 1 Guest pass provided for Sea Pines , so if you have more than one car youā€™ll need to purchase an extra pass per car. Highly, highly recommend! The hosts were unobtrusive but very helpful and responsive as needed.
