Our home provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Springs Community while still being within reach of Dubai's vibrant attractions and amenities.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook some delicious homemade meals.

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed and hotel-quality linens provided for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The villa is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will access the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and a private garden where you can safely go on a run or jog.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Springs, Dubai, is a magical oasis nestled just a short distance from some of Dubai's most iconic attractions. With the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, and Dubai Opera just a stone's throw away, residents and visitors of Springs can enjoy the vibrant energy and cultural experiences that Dubai has to offer. Dubai Marina is located 20 minutes by car. Whether strolling along the waterfront promenade, marvelling at the dazzling fountain shows, or immersing yourself in the world of performing arts, Springs offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and excitement. With its convenient location, Springs provides easy access to public transportation, ensuring that you can explore the city's wonders with ease.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, DMCC Metro Station, is just a 12-minutes drive.

DXB Airport is 28 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 15 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 22 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 23 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 19 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
