Loved staying the weekend at this cabin! Everything was clean when we arrived and someone even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The listing was accurate and man, were those views amazing! We loved having so much privacy yet being close to town for food and shopping. It was such a relaxing weekend! We would most definitely stay here again!

If you love East Tennessee but not all the crowd/traffic this place is perfect. Easy to get to…less than 10 minutes from I-40….quiet….clean….beautiful river view….its just a great place to stay! We will definitely be back! It was perfect for what we needed and exactly what we were looking for!

Only thing I would say is for all the houses I have stayed in this was the first house that had no body wash, shampoo or conditioner. When traveling I usually don't pack that. I only wish they told me that in the description of the house. Beautiful house and very nice kitchen. There were no knives for prepping food only 4 steak knives, not easy to prep food.

We loved the location. The grass was a little tall so it wasn’t as enjoyable to go down by the river. Also feel like curtains needed to be on the windows.

We loved the location of the property. It was wonderful being in the countryside away from all of the hustle and bustle of the area. The cabin was definitely big enough. The front and back porches were also wonderful to sit to enjoy the setting. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing property with a stunning view! It’s perfectly secluded away from all the noise, yet still close enough to easily enjoy the local attractions and city. I work at a resort in Florida, so I was really looking to escape the crowds and tourists—this place was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway without feeling too far removed from everything.

Awesome place

Everything about listing was spot on. House is far enough away where you can relax and not be bothered but also 5-10 minutes away from everything in town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very homey feeling. It was secluded on its own piece of property and was very easy to find. Plenty of room to park. Very nice view of the river that runs on the back side of the property. Very clean and loved the woodwork in the home.

Nice place!!

This was a great little house and we enjoyed it! Floors and couches could use a good cleaning and bathrooms could use some hooks or a towel rod to hang up towels, but other than that I would definitely rent again! We enjoyed the river view and awesome porches with rocking chairs and nice hottub!

Just Perfect

This cabin was exactly as my title says… Just perfect! Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect surroundings. My teenagers even loved the wildlife. It is so close to everything but yet feels remote. My daughter will be a freshman at UT this fall and we will definitely be back!!

River trip 2025

The property is an amazing location, the only complaint I have with this property to make it perfect would be the landscape. The grass was a little high so yard fleas ate us up when trying to fish and the river was difficult to access. Make the river more accessible and keep yard clean cut and it’s a perfect stay!
