We do want to gently note that your reservation was for 7 guests, so some of the supply comparisons to a “15-guest home” may not fully apply to your stay. We stock the home based on the number of guests on the reservation, and we’re always happy to coordinate additional supplies ahead of time if needed 😊 Regarding the grass, San Antonio has been getting a lot of rain lately and the yard does grow quickly between visits. We do our best to stay on top of it! On the cleanliness, we take that seriously and have already followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure every corner and detail gets the attention it deserves going forward. As for the step down into the living room, thank you for flagging that. We are in the process of adding clear signage and marking so future guests are aware. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and show you the improvements firsthand. Thanks again for staying with us!
