Magnificent house-Marvelous sea view. The ultimate getaway.

Dear Hans, Thank you for your nice comments about the spectacular house view and our hospitality! The beds have been replaced this year. After being surprised by the fact that you left your review one year after your vacation at my house, I was rather surprised by your subjective claim, that the place is unsuitable for children, since I've never had a complaint on this matter. Although it is clearly stated in the description that this destination has nothing to do with touristic facilities/services, following things can be enjoyed: - A swing in the garden of the house, skateboard and airmattress for the sea, which I provide my guests with. - A children's playground situated 500 meters from the house, which includes an outdoor basketball court and a small 5x5 football field (with a small beach on the opposite side of the street.) - A pool and pool-bar of a nearby rental-complex (5min. by car) which is open to the public. - Some night pubs in the village of Theologos where young people hang out. Dear Helen, I would like to sincerely thank you for trusting me with your vacation and for dedicating time to provide your review. I always welcome all feedback, which is essential to me, in order to constantly improve my services towards my valued guests. I am very happy to read, that you had an overall enjoyable vacation experience and pleased that you praised the numerous facilities and house amenities, which you described in detail and that you would recommend my house to other guests. Regarding the upper floor where you stayed, its exact size is 103 square meters. As it is mentioned in the description, the beach underneath the house is rocky, while 2 sandy beaches are within 5 minutes driving distance (opposite of the children’s playground). In addition, 3 more beaches with sand/gravel are situated within the same distance (Lekouna beaches). I always familiarize my guests with them, as well as with all points of interest in the area. As for the selection of restaurants, the village of Theologos and Lekouna area, offer about 20 restaurants/taverns, which is a good variety, given that the area is not a mass- tourism destination, as I mention. The reason why I recommend 4 specific restaurants, is because after years of having tried all of them, I personally believe that these are the most advisable ones.
