The Space:
Offering an exceptional house with various amenities for your enjoyment. On the ground floor, you'll find a room with two queen-size beds. Upstairs, discover three additional rooms: one with a king-size bed and terrace, another with two queen-size beds, and the last with a king-size bed. Ideal for groups, each room comes with its own ensuite bathroom. Upon entering, a terrace awaits to create unforgettable moments.

Guest Access:
The house is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: patio, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms with bathroom, dining room and a small living room.

The Neighborhood:
Coyoacan is an area of Mexico City known for its cobbled streets, art galleries, colourful buildings and artisan markets. With plenty of leafy parks, it feels like you’ve been whisked away to a peaceful village. It’s hard to imagine you’re in a city of 22 million!

The village feel is hardly a surprise because Coyoacan was indeed once its own independent town. Cuidad de Mexico grew and engulfed it, yet it retained its old-fashioned charm.

Getting Around:
For longer distances I recommend using Uber, didi or Beat. I recommend walking Coyoacan. You can also ride a bike.

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
We love Mexico and we want you to fall in love too. Check-in and check-out are automatic, so we will share instructions with you before your arrival.
You will also receive recommendations of places to visit during your stay in Mexico and we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online are from 9am to 10pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
