This 2BR 1BA home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a sparkling clean, inviting home away from home.

You are booking the upstairs portion of the house only. There will be no one downstairs while you stay with us, but if you’d prefer to book the entire 4 bed/2 bath house just let us know. Booking just upstairs like this helps us to offer it at a lower price point for those who only need a 2 bedroom.



Additionally, there is a second Airbnb guest studio on the back side of the property that sleeps 2. If you are interested in booking the guest studio in addition to this house please let us know.

Guest Access:

There are two parking spaces available in front of the garage reserved for you. If additional space is needed, there is plenty of street parking.



The check-in process is simple and convenient by entering the code provided before check-in on the keypad on the front door.

The Neighborhood:

North Spokane is a beautiful residential and safe area of the city yet easy access to the sports arenas, performing arts center, airport, and downtown. Additionally, the north end of town features some of the most beautiful natural areas of the Inland Northwest. It’s not unusual to see deer, wild turkeys, and even moose in this part of town! The natural beauty, outdoor activities, and many local attractions truly make this a special area that we are proud to call home. With many rivers, 100 lakes within 60 miles, and large parks for the family, there is no shortage of things to do here. We love sharing our favorite spots so don’t hesitate to ask! We also have kayaks, paddle boards, and more available for an additional fee.



Getting Around:

North Spokane is well-connected by roads and highways, so having a car will allow you to explore at your own pace. Whether you bring your vehicle or utilize one of the many rental agencies, this will be the most convenient mode of transportation. For those without their own transportation Uber/Lyft both service the area and the STA bus service is also quite reliable. If you prefer something more active, North Spokane is also very bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and trails. The 60-mile-long Centennial Trail offers a scenic route for cyclists and pedestrians too!

We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow:

» No smoking or vaping indoors or inside fenced in yard

» No commercial photography

» Maximum capacity of 6 guests

» Construction/work crews must disclose and be willing to put down security deposit.



*Please note there is a $200 fee for breaking any of the rules above and your reservation could be canceled.



If you have additional family members traveling with you and need a larger space or additional Airbnb space please ask about our discounts for booking more than one of our vacation rentals.



*There is an outdoor ring doorbell camera that monitors the front door. No indoor cameras.
