PELICAN REEF BEACHFRONT 2 BED 1 BATH A/C ON SMALL FARM, SURF RIGHT OUT FRONT

Fully furnished beachfront home on the 1st floor located on a private gated family lot at the end of a dead end. The two bedrooms include queen beds, ceiling fans and A/C. Enjoy relaxing in the hammocks on the front patio with palm trees and ocean breeze. You might be lucky enough to see a whale, dolphin or manatee. Also there is a gas BBQ and outdoor dining tables. The full kitchen is fully stocked to make all of your meals at home or you can walk to the local bakery or restaurants. Feel free to use the outdoor shower after visiting the tidepools or undeveloped mile long beach where you can fish, snorkel, swim, surf. We have boogieboards, surfboards, kayaks, SUP's and beach gear available for use. This house is centrally located on the west side of the island so it's easy to take daytrips north, south or central to explore caves, waterfalls, lighthouses. Downstairs is a separate apartment and we respect their privacy and desire for little to no noise as they will do the same in return.

This is a lovely place in Aguada and a perfect spot if you enjoy being close to the ocean. Sitting on the covered patio and listening to the sound of the surf was one of our favorite parts of the stay. It’s ideal for walking the beach, watching the surfers, or even surfing right out your back door.The first-floor location was a big plus for us. We really appreciated the covered porch and the easy, direct access to the beach — it made coming and going so convenient. The location overall was great, and the space itself was comfortable, clean, and well cared for.Bryan was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. There were beach chairs, surfboards, and other water toys available for use, which was a great bonus.A very nice place to relax by the ocean. We would happily stay here again

Unfortunately, the water was very rough so we couldn’t get in and the tide came all the way up to the steps, which was disappointing. Also, the things in the kitchen were sticky and the Host walked in on us one day while we were having breakfast, which was odd. Otherwise it was really nice. Loved the patio. Some stray cats came and we pet them.

The sunsets from the beach out front are the best I’ve probably seen. The house is very clean, had an amazing view from the front porch. The beach is not as easily accessed as I had hoped but we managed. . The beds are very comfortable, the AC works tremendously well. All of the neighbors are super nice and even had a couple kitty cats that would visit some. Brian was an amazing host and provided some great eating options among other activities. Thank you Brian.

Beautiful setting

We could not have asked fir a more beautiful setting fir our stay. Steps fir the beach, could hear ocean. The front porch was a perfect place to kick back and relax. The host was lovely, attentive and responded to questions immediately. The property could use a bit of updating, nothing major.

Perfect family vacation home

Though this was our first visit, it felt like coming home. Located on a beautiful, secluded beachfront, this house was everything and more than we expected. Outside, there was plenty of beach gear to use (chairs, boards, snorkeling). Inside, there were thoughtful touches like some first-aid supplies and personal hygiene products. The outdoor shower had hot water and was wonderful to use. The kitchen has a selection of pots, bowls, plates, silverware, and kitchen tools. The a/c units and smart TV were new and worked amazingly. Our host, Bryan, was available and accommodating. He was a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. One of the most wonderful amenities was the front porch with the couch, hammocks, and table for four. We spent hours out there watching the waves, swinging in the hammocks, and listening to the sounds of nature.

Beautiful Home

My family and I had an awesome stay at this location. This home was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed (the beautiful beach within 10ft), and Bryan was an excellent host. He gave us great recommendations and was always a call away. I recommend this location. Once again, thanks, Bryan!

Absolutely fantastic

We loved the location. Walk out the door and a few steps down and you are at the beach. You can walk for a long time on the beutiful beach without meeting anyone. The appartement was nice and comfortable with AC in all bedrooms and livingroom. You need a car, but with only 10 minutes to Rincon it is ideally placed. Very friendly neighborjood.

Beach Paradise

The location of this home on the beach was absolutely gorgeous. You can step out your front door and enjoy miles of pristine beach. We were often the only people on the beach, its very private. Bryon our host was kind, attentive, and always helpful. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Spectacular location

Joy our host was amazing. She checked in to make sure we got there and gave us invaluable information to enjoy our brief stay. We love this location. It's private, quiet and beautifully appointed. The beach is less traveled with nice swimming holes, and waves beyond the break. We watched the sunset from the balcony and the sunrise light the waves this morning. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well stocked. They had a coffee and tea service so we could relax without stocking up. Our only regret was that we only had the one night there. We will be back. A week or more would have been a true vacation... next time.
