The condo was very comfy and the view super nice. We had lots of issues with the door code but the property mgt/offices were quick to respond

Love the view from the room! We had a really good time. Navarre never disappoints. We had never stayed at Sundunes before but we would like to come back because it's a great place for family and to bring our little Josiah. The swimming pool was a little cold but that was okay. The dryer was slowed to dry and the floors could have used a really good mopping, but other than that the furniture was comfortable and we had a really pleasant time. I love the outside furniture. The condo is in a great location, both on the beach (not in a congested area) and in the building (the 7th floor provides really great views). I feel it is a fine size for 3-4 people. Having 2 bathrooms makes it easily livable even though it is on the smaller side. The carts for bringing luggage up and down are very helpful. Inside the condo, we had everything we needed during our stay and it was comfortable. Overall, it was clean, but could use a really deep clean. There is some dust accumulation in a few areas, hard water stains, etc., but these were not things that made us feel like the space was unkept, just some details that often go overlooked during routine standard cleaning. Beds and couch/recliner was comfy and clean. The elevator was never out of order (which has been mentioned a few times in other reviews). The building itself and general area were calm and quiet this time of year ā€” it was lovely! I will share that there is essentially no grass on the property if your dog looks for it for potty time. We had a great stay and the management staff were always very responsive if I had questions. We would come back in the future!

Relaxation Haven

I stayed at this lovely condo during my childā€™s spring break, along with another family, and it was exactly what we needed. The unit was just as advertisedā€”clean, comfortable, and offered absolutely stunning ocean views. It provided the perfect setting for us to unwind and relax.One of my favorite features was the high-top chairs on the balcony, which made enjoying the view even better. I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful and safe

There were 3 adult women traveling together for a relaxing beach stay. This condo was perfect!! We felt safe inside and out. Supplied with all you could ask for and has an amazing view of the gulf.

Great Trip!

Very nice Condo on the beach with a beautiful view. Disappointed that it was not available to rebook next year. Property Manager was no help in finding another location for us for our trip in 2026.

Cozy and adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls

The space was adequate and exactly what we expected. The kitchen is a really good size with everything needed for cooking and dining in the condo. The only negatives are that the condo was not well cleaned upon arrival. It wasn't bad but you can tell the cleaning crew just gave it a quick once over. Also, the dryer takes forever to dry even a small load. Minor inconveniences at the most. Overall we had a very nice stay with great views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach.

Navarre beach condo

The condo had an excellent view. What made it better is they had 4 high top chairs on the balcony so we could have breakfast/coffee out there every morning. Place wasnā€™t huge but it was fine for 2 couples who wanted to be close to the beach. We had a great thanksgiving week there

Great Condo

Location was lovely and the accommodations were great. Pool was closed during our entire eight day stay, not sure why or when it would be reopened. The condo itself was wonderful and had everything we needed! The bed in the front room was wonderful the master bed is a little worn out but overall slept comfortably.

View of Gulf is the Highlight

The view is the highlight, but the condo needs serious updates.The beachfront view from the condo is absolutely stunning and was by far the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the interior didnā€™t match the scenery. The condo is quite outdated, had a noticeable musty smell, and could have been much cleaner. The building and surrounding grounds also feel old and in need of maintenance. With such a great location, this property has a lot of potential, but it needs significant updates and better care to be worth the price.

Navarre beach was wonderful, as always. However, if you plan to have a nice, relaxing vacation, donā€™t stay here. The kitchen cabinets were greasy from past renters. The master bath was absolutely disgusting. It looks like the place hasnā€™t been dusted in years. The floors were nasty. We pulled the sofa bed out, food fell out of it. On one of the days, they were having maintenance on the fire alarms. Which, I get maintenance has to happen. However, we were not notified of this in advance. We had our dog with us and the loud noise terrified her. During this time, the elevators were down. We also had an elderly family member with us who was unable to climb the SEVEN FLIGHTS of stairs. So they were stranded at the beach until the elevator was up and going again. But it didnā€™t end there. They had to shut the elevator down yet again, for maintenance that had been scheduled for a while. The elevator was down for that day, through the night, and half the next day. I called to number that was sent and all I was told was that they didnā€™t know it was happening. Which is a lie because there a paper posted about it. I emailed multiple times and never heard back. When I spoke to lady on the phone, it was basically her saying it wasnā€™t her problem. They didnā€™t offer compensation or anything. Communication sucks. Cleanliness sucks. They also donā€™t have a direct path to the beach. You have to walk to the public access next door. Pick somewhere else to stay.

Check-in was easy; condo is in a great location with a beautiful view plus it is pet friendly!We checked in Mon 7/28/25, checked out Sat 8/2/25 not sure why it says Sun 7/27 - Fri 8/1? The overall 3 stars is due to the elevator issue & cleanliness after finding empty plastic bottles under the guest bed & night stand along with dust bunnies which were also behind the dresser in the master bedroom, plus I had to buy a cheap spatula to fry eggs, I left it for future guests. I paid an additional fee for noon check-out. Since check-out is 9 AM & check-in is 4 PM the condo should not have trash or dust anywhere. It stormed the night before my birthday (7/31), when I got up to take my dog out, according to other guests the elevator was not working prior to 7:30 AM, the condo is on the 7th floor. I texted & messaged, received auto replies so I called the 866#, spoke to someone who was not in Florida, was told they were aware of the problem & I would be notified as soon as they had an update but I found out it was fixed when I went & checked myself around 5 PM, I never was notified.My friend who was with me is unable to do 7 flights of stairs so I went & picked up my birthday dinner. I had messaged asking for compensation for the elevator inconvenience, was told we could discuss it if the elevator was not fixed by my checkout date! The elevator not working must be an issue; it is mentioned in previous reviews so someone on site should be able to fix it quicker!

Exactly as advertised.

Condo was nice, although could've been cleaner. It was obvious that floors were dirty & hadn't been mopped. We were on 7th floor & the building's fire alarm went off, causing everyone to evacuate the building & making the elevator inoperable. My husband was wearing a knee brace & unable to navigate so many stairs, so this was a big issue for us personally, although no fault of the unit owner. After numerous calls to building maintenance & the property mgmt co, the elevator was finally restored afrer several hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay although would book a unit on the 1st floor in case it happened again.

The good: absolutely beautiful view, good location, it is as listed. We enjoyed our stay overall.The bad: there were TWO (false) fire alarms that caused evacuations in the middle of the night, one at 4am and one at 2am on check out day. This caused the elevator to be down twice... while on the 7th floor, including during the ridiculously early 9am check out. When I called the contact number, I was hung-up on first, and on a second call, was told "tough luck" in so many words: "we have nothing to do with the rest of the resort". They said they'd only call the office when it opened. I asked for the number to the resort office, and they would not give it to me. Eventually, I found it posted around the resort, and the on-call person for the resort who took the call (before the office opened nearly two hours later) was very helpful, but they were unable to fix the elevator before we had to leave. Other issues: terrible communication on what is expected for parking. Multiple times, I got an email telling me to fill out a form to register my vehicle and have the paper work printed and displayed in my car. What paperwork? No one could tell me in the first several emails I sent. Finally, I was told the confirmation email... but this (printing and displaying it) isn't actually required according to the resort. Oh, and the less than 24 hours notice before an exterminator was going to come into the condo wasn't appreciated. Overall: great condo with subpar customer service.
