Welcome to your perfect beach getaway that's literally steps from beautiful Cocoa Beach, this second floor 1-bedroom condo (Unit #13) is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Please note: there is no elevator.

Inside the Condo:

Bedroom: A HUGE KING Bedroom with a cot and pack & play for kids.

Living Room: Relax on a cozy sofa, stream on the flat-screen TV, or catch up on work at the dedicated desk with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, a microwave, and a starter supply of paper products.

Extras: Hall closet with beach accessories, extra towels, and toys for kids.

Amenities:

Self check-in for flexibility and convenience.

On-site co-host for local support.

One designated parking spot near the unit.

Coin-operated laundry available on-site.

2-night minimum stay – great for pre- or post-cruise travelers (Port Canaveral is just 3 miles away).

Amenity access & availability are not guaranteed since they are outside of our control and subject to repair & maintenance. Climate control set by recommended industry guidelines for Florida. Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. This is a Pet Free condo. Support animals must be addressed at the time of reservation. If you have special needs, you'll need to notify us at the time of reservation. Please be aware that we cannot respond to messages/calls between the hours of 11pm and 8am EST. *****

Very comfortable, plenty of extras in kitchen, bath and bedroom, felt very much like staying with a family friend. Quiet sleep, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries close by. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with the condo. It doesn’t have a view of the beach unless you stand out on the balcony on the front, but it’s a very short walk to the to the beach. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. It was a fully stocked kitchen, full-size refrigerator. Make sure you use the sand brush before you go in cause sand is everywhere but that’s kinda nice bed was comfortable. I was able to walk down to the beach and watch a rocket launch at 3 AM. No concerns about my safety.

We had a great stay at this beach condo. Our family of four had plenty of space and the setup was perfect for traveling with small kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, bowls, and even a microwave, which made meals easy. The beach shovels were a big hit with the kids, and the king bed plus cot were both comfortable and exactly what we needed. Overall, a solid stay and a convenient spot for a family beach trip.

The condo was a perfect size for the 3 of us. Beach access was amazing! The location was very close to several great restaurants and the port for our cruise. It was very clean.

Property was clean and host responded quickly to any communication. Very much appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs, our stay was just a few days and traveling with only backpacks. Easy access to beach. Easy parking. I would stay here again.

Our condo was great. Everything was clean, well decorated, well equipped, in good shape, and comfortable. We had to have a last minute trip for a short stay to see family - the host was accommodating and the price was very reasonable.

Cute beach stay- must use stairs

We came before a cruise and enjoyed having a place on the beach. I thought the listing was for Unit 7 but we got 13 which was up a flight of stairs. Good thing our older friend didn't end up coming. We ordered Door Dash chinese which came really fast. Had no problems getting Lyft rides. Felt safe. It's an older building but well kept, clean, and had all the things we needed. Had plenty of stuff to use on the beach.

Awesome Unit

Very clean, comfortable, close to the beach. The beds were soooo comfortable too. The host kept in contact and followed up. 10/10 and would stay here again.

This property is only steps to the beach and everything (and then some) is provided for beach fun! The kitchen is well equipped for eating in. The condo is quiet and comfy. This is an older building but it’s clean and maintained.

Lovely stat

The property was very nice. The dishwasher was broke upon arrival and Stephanie did everything she could to have it fixed which was appreciated. The beach is very close to the property which is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and close to the beach

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and we were right there on the beach. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. We had everything we need for the beach. Highly recommend!!

Cute place within steps of the beach!

This property is cute, plus they had a coffee maker that actually had coffee pods already there, so that was really nice! Also, there were some spices and a great selection of kitchen equipment to make the kitchen easy to cook in! There was also dish washing soap and dishwasher detergent, and I thought that was great! They also had beach chairs available too!

Everything you need!

Very cute condo. It had everything we needed from making a meal to beach items. Bed was comfy. Location was great. I would recommend.

Great location and wonderful long weekend stay

Our stay was wonderful, house was very clean. They had a closet full of beach toys and chairs, kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we could have needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway: Beachfront Bliss with All the Essentials

We had the most amazing weekend getaway at this beach rental! It was the perfect spot for our family, with our kids (4 and 6) absolutely loving every minute. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions before we arrived, making us feel well-prepared and welcome. The location couldn't have been better—just a few steps from the beach, which made it so convenient for us. The rental was stocked with everything we could possibly need for a beach vacation: comfy beds, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, skim boards, kids' beach toys, a cooler, ice packs—you name it, it was there! We loved the 10-minute beach walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and the quick drive to nearby shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was witnessing our first rocket launch right from the beach—it was an unforgettable experience! Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We can't wait to come back!

We love the fun, the sun, & the active energy of Cocoa Beach. We enjoy walking along the beach, viewing launches right out in front of the condo & watching the cruise ships leave the port. Plus, there are so many great restaurants, shopping & outdoor activities close by!

Our condo is close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.....especially the BEACH! Step out of the condo & you're right along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean! It's also walking distance to the Pier, Cape Canaveral & parks.
