One bedroom apartment with amazing view of the Mystic River!

Enjoy water views as you enjoy breakfast in bed in the Upper Barn @ Mystic River. Just a mile from downtown Mystic on scenic River Road, the Upper Barn offers a cozy retreat for guests. The unit has been totally renovated, without losing any of its very unique charm. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And the views out to the river from this room are very special. You will also find a small table in the room for work or small meal as you watch the ever changing activity on the river.

In addition, you will find a brand new bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as a washer/dryer. The kitchen has everything you need including a new induction stove, an array of cookware and appliances, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There is a large living room for relaxing and catching up on your shows.

Off the back is a large deck with both Adirondack chairs and a dining table, and offers partial views to the river.

With amenities like AC, WiFi, hair dryer, iron, coffee and tea, and access to a range of streaming apps on the large TV, you should have everything you need to enjoy Mystic.

A few things to keep in mind: the unit is up a flight of stairs, so please keep that in mind as you consider staying with us. The property is very close to I-95. You will hear some road noise out on the deck. That said, we have done quite a bit to mitigate the noise inside, and provide white noise machines for those who are particularly sensitive. Also, we regret that we cannot accommodate children or pets. There is no smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property; and we ask that guests observe quiet(er) hours beginning at 10 PM.
