SUMMER A/C SETTINGS:
Most homes (and Airbnbs) in South Florida, including this one, set air conditioning to a low of 71–75°F during the summer months. It’s the sweet spot for comfort and keeping the system happy in our hot, humid climate.
Until you’ve fully tapped into that tropical local vibe, feel free to use the ceiling fans in each bedroom, they make a big difference and keep the good air moving.

COMPLIMENTARY WINTER SEASON POOL HEAT:
Typically, October-April
Complimentary pool heat is set to 82 F degrees, which is the standard temperature for US based hotels.
FYI: Pool/Spa Hours are 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. 10:00 p.m. all Lights, Pump, Filter will shut down until 9 a.m. the following day.

**SUPPLEMENTAL FALL + WINTER POOL HEATING RATES:
Typically, October-April
84 F degrees $ 30.00 per day
86 F degrees $ 60.00 per day
90 F degrees $ 90.00 per day
Payment must be made 2 weeks prior to your check in date.
You will receive a request sent from VRBO for the amount due.

***HOT TUB HEATING RATES:
3 hours per day or evening 100 degrees $ 90.00 per day.
Any request to change the temperature during your stay will incur a $ 100.00 charge.

The pool / hot tub average 92-94 degrees from the suns power alone.
Out of caution for guests well-being and life safety, we do not offer supplemental heat for the pool or hot tub.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:
NOTE: Pool/Spa Hours are 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. 10:00 p.m. all Lights, Pump, Filter will shut down until 9 a.m. the following day.
• Use pool at your own risk.
• Host is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• For children, we encourage red or orange swimsuits, avoid blue swimsuits.
• No one should swim alone. This includes grown-ups!
• Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in pool
• No food, drinks or glass inside the pool
• No running, pushing or dangerous horseplay around the pool
• No GLASS. use the plastic tumblers provided in your kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS:
This entire property is for your exclusive use (save for the garage + noted owner closet) during your stay.

*MAINTENANCE TEAM AKA OUR HEROS!:
*Pool technician come 1x/week to clean the pool/check chemicals
*Yard maintenance / Landscaping on Mondays
*Garbage collection service comes 2x/week on Monday and Thursday
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins during the week to take care of maintenance*

VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS OF NOTE – Standards of Conduct:
Les Trois Rois is located in a historical neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
No Smoking or Vaping.
No Pets allowed.
No overnight guests outside the reservation, max cap daytime total, ten.
No Parties. Including but not limited to: Bachelor/ette, Post wedding, Pre wedding, etc.
No glitter, confetti, balloons, etc.
No shouting, music or loud TV volume on the pool deck, a decibel monitor ensures compliance with local codes.
