Cute cottage in a rural setting

The house was just cleaned and you never even saw the house you were not there. The cleaners had just left. The siding was hanging from the house because I had work done on the kitchen and it was not replaced like it’s supposed to be. The guy that you sent out there just was looking for a reason not to stay and I had my Listing blocked for four days because he wanted to leave therefore I couldn’t rent it to anyone else. You never even saw the house in person. And the person that was there before the man that you sent came that day wanted to stay and I had to ask them to leave so I lost money. Like I told the guy on the phone. It was an older house. It says it ended the description. I have been working on it and he seemed like he just didn’t like the country living.

The home had pretty much sat all winter long without any renters. We went in several times to rewash everything..

I did allow pets in the house and I have changed the policies. The Cree was never taken out. The couch did belong to someone else and because it was a pull out couch for another bed I got it. . It already had the claw mark’s on it. Did not come from a cat in the house. No pants have been in the house in sometime. The two beds that have mattresses on them have never gotten any complaints before. The others are pull out couches or trundle beds. Also the sheds outside do not come with the property. Only the house is rented.

In the description, the house was described as an older house. There has been many updates, including windows throughout the house and I continue to work on the house. There are smart TVs in the house that do not require passwords and there is Wi-Fi available. There are four separate rooms for sleeping, which could sleep 10 people and that is well worth the money rather than going to a hotel. Like in this case. It saved her a lot of money.. The house is out in the country so there may be a couple bugs that might get in from time to time. Over for a while I would say they stay for Several people is well worth the money.
