Secluded Westside Studio

This luxurious estate is situated in the scenic rolling hills of Westside Atascadero, which is equidistant from both San Luis Obispo & Paso Robles. It offers a tranquil and peaceful environment where you can relax & unwind. The spacious studio comprises a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, walk-in shower & expansive outdoor area with multiple seating options. You can enjoy the breathtaking views while relaxing in the rock waterfall hot tub. Your relaxing getaway awaits.
The space

This is a spacious 1-bedroom studio furnished with high-end furniture from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. The king-sized bed has an Avocado pillow-top mattress and Thuma bed frame. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, pans, and dishes. All appliances are new, including a dishwasher and refrigerator. The studio also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a walk-in closet, and a large armoire for clothes storage. Additionally, there is a private designated parking area with direct access to the studio.

Guest access
Upon your arrival, you will enter through an iron gate. You will see two designated parking spots with a private walkway that leads to the French door entrance of the studio. You will have access to the patio areas surrounding the studio, which offer multiple secluded and private seating options. Additionally, you will have exclusive access to the rock waterfall hot tub.

Other things to note
ADDRESS ALERT- The home is located on the left side, before the end of the street. The address is displayed on the mailbox. It is NOT the 2 homes at the end of the street. Please do not disturb those neighbors. The owner and his daughter live in the main house. They will not use the hot tub during your stay. The owner is highly allergic to pet hair and has a strict NO PET policy.

Heating/Cooling- Controlled by NEST App on the iPhone on kitchen counter
