Great place!

Clean, convenient, quiet. Easy walk to old town restaurants, shops, and farmers market. Perfect home base for us as we did a few spring training games.

A wonderful oasis!

The condo we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor spaces - pool, courtyard, and ample seating - were an extra bonus to enjoy the nice evenings.

Unit was exactly as pictured, very charming mid-century, nice space, beautiful common area, great location. Comfy beds! Host was very communicative. Blinds in 2nd bedroom do need to be replaced (broken, falling down) and shower head could be replaced as well.

Great central location

Our family always stays in this neighbourhood/complex - great, central location that is walking distance to old town restaurants x shops and a quick car ride/Uber to grocery stores. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and Jon was great at checking in throughout our time there.

Close to Old Town

Everything was so close - shops, bars, restaurants, museums. There was a small swimming pool and fresh oranges right outside our door. Everything we needed was provided.Residents were very friendly. We loved this place.

Location is great for walking around Scottsdale. The assigned parking is an issue. Spots are really tight, we had some park in our sport on one of the nights. You can park on the street, if you get back at a reasonable hour, so at least there’s that. Shower head is short and is malfunctioning. Overall, you’re paying for location, the accommodations are just so/so.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if someone used your assigned parking spot during your stay. Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen when other guests do not pay close attention to the designated spots. The parking spaces in the area are indeed a bit tight, so they are best suited for standard-size vehicles. We appreciate your understanding regarding this. Thank you as well for bringing the shower head issue to our attention. We will have it checked so we can improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Good value

The unit was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and everything was in working condition. I appreciated the the unit was very clean upon arrival. Bang for your buck, I thought it was a very good value.

This is a nice apartment/complex very close to Old Town. You can't beat the location and the place was very clean. It had everything my friend and I needed for a long weekend. The pool isn't heated, but that was disclosed. The pool isn't fancy, but is perfectly fine and enjoyable. The neighbors in the complex were welcoming.Detractions from a 5: The thermostat was auto-controlled to return to over 80 degrees. It got hot, especially at night. My bestie thought the mattress in her room was uncomfortably hard.

This is our fourth visit to this property and it was great as usual. The condo was spotless and very well stocked. Both the check-in and check-out were seamless. The code for entry was supplied in a timely manner and the instructions were clear on what to do when checking out. Thank you very much.

I really received a good nights sleep. The bed is so comfortable. I have never slept on a memory foam mattress. Because of my stay I am now in the market for a memory foam mattress.

Just what we were looking for! Quiet, comfortable, and close to where we wanted to be

The rental process was easy. Communication was prompt. I found the kitchen stocked with more than I expected. Great ambiance! Super color. Comfortable beds!

The Apartments on the Orange Tree Square

The apartments surround a square where the pool BBQ and your come go action takes place. The apartment itself is nice, decorated with blue which is everywhere. But, since you are not there you can see it and not. The basic items are available, there are a group of large laundry machines so you can go home with clean clothes I found that a plus. The bed is fine and no complaints other than bring your own soaps and shampoos. 1/2 used giant bottles used by many did not work for me, they may for you. The manager is very helpful and guided us through the temp and other items. Overall for price, location and a definite try to be very helpful to those who stay there I believe they did a good job. I would recommend this for those who like to swim either early afternoon or evening Close to shopping ladies. And, near a place to taste various beer guys. Enjoy.

Cozy 2 bedroom condo with pool, within walking distance to downtown Scottsdale. Walked to some great restaurants and easy to take the free trolley. Great area with great food!

A Great Location

Scottsdale Old Town is a great place to spend time enjoying the wonderful weather and fantastic shops and restaurants. This condo is located within easy walking distance of several great restaurants and stores. It was a delightful place for our three week stay. It had plenty of room and could not have been cleaner. Everything was provided that you would need - toiletries, linens, kitchen items. The area around the condo was very quiet. Jon was always ready to respond to any concerns or questions we might have had. We could have not asked for a nicer place to spend our time. We look forward to visiting and renting this condo again.

Very clean, great location

Very nice place in walking distance to downtown Scottsdale. Great places to eat and shop nearby. Very clean and well kept. Jon is a pleasure to deal with.
