🏠 Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is a shared entrance to the building and guests must be able to climb steps to reach the second floor.

Kindly seek prior approval to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your four-legged companion. For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.



💳 CREDIT CARD FEES: Please note, credit card fees are non-refundable in the event of cancelation.



🆔 MINIMUM AGE: You must be 25 years old to rent. We reserve the right to request additional information and documentation to verify rental eligibility.



📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
