As we explained during your stay, our maintenance team was out of town and unfortunately could not respond immediately. We understand the importance of safety and privacy, and the issue was addressed and repaired after your checkout. We regret that this affected your experience. Regarding the missing dishes, coffee cups, and decorative pillow, we would like to respectfully clarify that we did not accuse you of stealing anything. We simply asked whether these items might have been moved to the pool area or another unit, as guests sometimes book multiple units within our resort and belongings can occasionally be misplaced. There is a clear difference between asking for clarification and making an accusation. Our team even reached out to you to explain our intentions and avoid any misunderstanding. We respect every guest's right to share their experience, and we take feedback seriously. However, we also believe it is important that our side of the situation is represented fairly. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we stand by our team's intention, which was to clarify the whereabouts of the items, not to make unfounded accusations
