It was a bit smaller than I expected and had no indoor dining table, but it was workable.

Property very clean. Lots of towels and cooking items. Had lots of stairs so I would not suggest for the elderly. VERY COZY and love the electric fireplace!

Very clean, cozy, but sufficient for a couple. Good location. Just be aware your key code ends promptly at 10am on checkout. Went back to 10:02 to retrieve a charger block left behind the bed and the code wouldn’t work to get back in. Otherwise everything was great for a 2 night stay!

Very nice area. The room was small, but that was clear on the description. Outdoor spaces were wonderful. Inside was good. Some amenities were dated or worn down. Couch and chairs were well used, some stains. We found dirty dishes in cabinet, so we ended up washing to use. Instructions said there was a dishwasher but no. FIreplace instructions were a bit confusing. There was also a clear pitch uneven feel to the floors. Easy access to town and other tourist attractions. This is a 2nd floor room with 20 steps, could be an issue for some. These are very picky items, but overall it served us well for our 2 night stay.

We also sincerely appreciate you bringing these details to our attention so we can improve: We are so sorry that you found dirty dishes in the cabinet. We have addressed this directly with our cleaning team to ensure they double-check all cabinets moving forward. We are also reviewing the condition of the living room furniture for deep cleaning or replacement. As an older building, the floors do have some unique character and pitch. We also appreciate you highlighting the 20 steps to the second floor so future travelers can plan ahead. The listing does not state there is a dishwasher, and I am very sorry on the confusion on that! Thank you again for your valuable insights—they help us provide a better experience. We are glad that overall the condo served you well, and we would love the chance to host you again in the future.

Great location with fantastic views! Quick drive to downtown Estes Park. 5-7 minutes to restaurants, shopping and RMNP. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The host even provided beach towels. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but came stocked with pantry staples and plenty of cookware. We saw a moose swimming in Mary’s Lake, and lots of other wildlife during our stay. Just FYI, this property is on an upper floor with two flights of stairs. Good training before enjoying a hike at RMNP

We loved our stay at Mary’s lake condo! The views were amazing, the condo had everything we needed, and it’s close to RMNP and downtown Estes. We’ll definitely stay here again:)

My husband and I stayed at this property for three nights. It was very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and had wonderful mountain views. It was perfect for the two of us!

The view and wrap around balcony are really the best part about this condo. Yes, it was clean and it is everything it says it is in the description but the view is beautiful, especially during sunrise. We even saw some.elk grazing in the field from the balcony. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Both were really nice after long hikes in RMNP. RMNP, a local market that serves deli sandwiches and different soups, and Estes Park are a very short drive away. There is a small kitchen with what you need to cook a meal. The only thing I think you make need to bring on your own is shampoo and conditioner. They provide some but it is just a small amount. The space was big enough for our family of 3. We used the fold out sofa bed. You could make 4 work but it might be a little cramped. It was a great trip for our family and provided us with wonderful memories.

The bulk of our stay in the Denver area

Could not have asked for a cozier home base for exploring Estes Park. It was unusually cool for our stay, but we still managed to enjoy the balcony which was the big selling point for us anyway. The interior was most suitable, i.e. the king sized bed and kitchen, although I cannot imagine trying to accommodate more than two people in it.

Beautiful View

Cooking breakfast and seeing elk in the field with a hot coffee in hand was the morning routine. Nice place to come back to after a day in the park. Bed was hard for our personal preference and a couple items needed maintenance. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
