Nakai Peak 41B is a contemporary 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. Nakai Peak 41B is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Beautiful property, well maintained. The host communicated promptly on the day of check-in that the washer was broken so we couldnā€™t use it, which was unfortunate since the reason I booked a condo was to wash clothes halfway through our trip. Other than that, the location is convenient and the hot tub enjoyable. Easy check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend.

Well appointed

We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and the condo is well appointed. Mgmt responded in a timely manner. As others have mentioned, the master shower curtain is a bit too small and comes down easily. The hot tub jet button has been over pushed and takes a bit to get it to come on.

Overall great place

Property was well kept and very clean. Our only issue was with the hot tub. We were not informed that we would not be able to use it the first day of our stay due to it having to be cleaned (water changed). When we did get to use it the jets were not working properly thus making it basically a hot water siting tub. Other than this our stay was wonderful and enjoyable.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable except for a couple of minor things. There were a couple of slats missing on the blinds, the master bedroom shower curtain bar kept falling off and there was a light burned out above the island which made the kitchen a little dark. All minor things but all in all enjoyed our stay. The scenery is beautiful and the cabin was really nice. Would recommend putting hand soap in the restrooms. But we would stay again

Great property, perfect location. Two negatives: air conditioner really didnā€™t keep the place at the desired temp, but it wasnā€™t a big deal with the weather we had. Second negative was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable/ lumpy. Again though not enough for me to complain any further than this review. Overall Iā€™d rent this place again without hesitation.

Great location

We loved the location, quiet, felt safe and it was a short drive into town and the RMP entrance. The condo is showing wear and some furniture upgrades are needed. There was a broken black chair propped against the wall (one leg was broken off). And the sofa shows some stains. The king mattress wasnā€™t very comfortable and the jets in the master bathtub didnā€™t work. This was a huge disappointment as I prefer a soaking jacuzzi tub rather than an outdoor hot tub with chlorine. The Mountain Viewā€™s are usually obstructed by cars parked right outside the patio on the ground level. We enjoyed our stay but it fell short on our expectations.

Very clean, great area, property only adequately maintained

The condo was very clean and tidy, but clearly used and only adequately maintained. Towels and bedding were clean and there were plenty of linens provided. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and accessories. Many light bulbs were missing or not working, master bathroom jetted tub did not work, two pieces of living room furniture were broken and unusable, hot tub cover was very difficult to remove and pieces were disintegrating into water. AC unit also began smoking during our two day stay - we did not change thermostat. We could also hear the tenants in the above condo very clearly which made quite mornings impossible (obviously out of the control of the property owners or managers, but just a note). For the amount charged, we expected a better maintained property. We had a wonderful time in Estes, but we will not stay at this particular condo again.

First time in Estes Park

This was our first time in Estes Park and we were really happy with our stay! The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the private hot tub and it was within a short driving distance to downtown shops and restaurants in Estes Park! Communication with the property manager was quick/ fast responses. The community pool could use a little TLC. The pool was up and running but was slightly run down. With that being said, we still enjoyed our time in the pool especially with that view! The views from the condo were wonderful! We would consider staying here again if we come back to this area in the future!

Thanks for a wonderful stay at 41B! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that 41B offers-- a hot tub, king beds, etc! The condo was very clean and stocked well for everything we needed. There were even sleds for our kids to use! We enjoyed seeing the deer right outside our condo. We will be back!

Perfect Experience

This condo was everything that it was advertised to be. The condo and property both were very clean with good views. The check in was extremely easy and it had everything we needed. The only regret was that we never used the private hot tub. The thing we really liked was the condo was at a perfect location for us. Just far enough from downtown Estes Park but still close enough to be convenient to the stores and restaurants. The entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park was just down the road. I can see us staying here again and bringing family with us.

As Pictured

The unit was very clean, well stocked, and as pictured on the listing. The hot tub was nice and easy to operate. However, the bedding was yellowed, frayed, pilling, and did not fit the mattress. There is also no duvet cover, and the duvet is just placed between two flat sheets. I now see that this was brought to the ownerā€™s attention in previous reviews (which is completely on me for ignoring), and nothing has been done about it. And also as mentioned in other reviews, there is an ask for a tip for the person who cleans the unit. This is very off-putting since we paid a very large cleaning fee. Which leads me to believe very little of this actually goes to the cleaning crew, and we were overcharged.

Great amenities and location

A great property that is close to lots of things to do in Estes. Check in/out instructions were easy to follow. It was great to have laundry onsite and a full kitchen as well for our family stay. The only suggestions for improvement would be stronger curtain rods for both bathrooms, as even when gently opening/closing we had multiple issues with them falling down. It would also help to add more towel hooks in both bathrooms, as between the hot tub, pool, and showers we quickly ran out of spots to hang wet towels.
