Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear the pet-friendly aspect of the stay was a positive for you. Regarding the pool, we wish we had the chance to connect with you during your stay, as we would have been happy to guide you. The pool is seasonal, and details on access, including passes and information, are provided in the cabin and in the rental agreement. We’re always available if anything is unclear or hard to locate. Thank you for sharing photos from your stay at the cabin. We especially enjoyed seeing the beautiful spring blooms during your visit. We would also like to note that the bedroom photo appears to have been taken after personal use, with the bed unmade. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future! Best regards,

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and the hot tub. It’s definitely a cozy way to relax in colder weather. Sorry to hear there was an issue with the heat. The mini-split system can definitely be a bit tricky if you're not used to the remote controls. If there’s ever an issue in the future, feel free to reach out and we can walk you through it or make sure it's set up just right for you. We want to make sure everything is as comfortable as possible for your stay. Hope to have you back soon!

Peace and Quiet

This location was lovely! We enjoyed being so close to the national park entrance but far enough away from the busy crowds of Gatlinburg. The home itself was very cute and exactly as described in the listing. It was cozy and just perfect for 2 people. The hot tub was a great bonus and perfect to relax in after a day of hiking.

Amazing cabin getaway!

We unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, but the couple of days we were there were great! I do recommend to bring/buy your own seasonings. They had plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Very clean and in a quiet area. Would recommend to anyone!!

Cheryl, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I’m glad to hear the cabin was perfect for your motorcycle trip and that you enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to shopping and dining. I appreciate your feedback about the bed size and lighting. We will definitely consider this for future improvements. I’m sorry to hear about the early morning construction noise and the lack of bear sightings. Nature can be unpredictable! It’s great to know the neighboring cabin didn’t affect your stay. We hope to welcome you back for another visit soon, and maybe next time you'll get to see some bears! Safe travels!

Epitome of ‘Cozy’

This log cabin was the perfect place for us to stay while celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The mountains were beautiful & it was so calm and peaceful outside. The porch swing & the hot tub added to the cozy atmosphere. The inside was clean & comfortable. The management company was super informative and friendly, calling a few times between our booking & our check-in. They made sure we felt like we could call them if we had any issues! Location is great because it’s quite and private, but only 20-30 minutes to everything you could want to do in Pigeon Forge/Dollywood/Gatlinburg. Only thing we would have appreciated is soap in the shower, but definitely not a deal breaker — we would come back to this home in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re honored that you chose our cabin to celebrate your first wedding anniversary. It sounds like you had a wonderful time. We’re so glad the peaceful surroundings, porch swing, and hot tub helped make your stay extra special. It’s also great to hear that our team was able to assist you and make sure everything went smoothly for you. We truly appreciate your feedback about the soap in the shower and will make sure to take that into consideration for future stays. We’d love to welcome you back anytime. Hopefully for many more anniversaries to come!

Adorable Cabin

I absolutely loved how the cabin was decorated and everything was very clean. My husband and I both felt that the creek mentioned in the title and description of the property was overrated. It did not make any noise even after rain as mentioned in the description. We rented this cabin specifically for the stream despite the size of the cabin and were disappointed that we couldn't even get down to the tiny creek. The other issue we had was the person using their tractor to do work all but one of the days we were there was disturbing the peace and tranquility that we were there for. I dont know if he was working for the owner or not, but we didn't pay money for peace and tranquility to listen to tractor work all day (starting early morning.) Once again, the cabin itself was clean and adorable.

We are delighted to hear you loved the cabin and decor, and we appreciate your kind words. Thank you! We extend our apologies about the creek and its description. We did not anticipate it being so low this summer. We have updated the description to reflect the seasonality of it in the future. We also regret the driveway work took place during your stay. If you would like to return in the future to stay in this cabin or the cabin next door Playing Hooky, we will gladly offer you a reduced price. We hope you can return so you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Again, we are very happy you enjoyed the cabin. We appreciate you!
