A luxury cottage in the heart of Manchester Center

Tucked In is a 720 sq.ft. well appointed cottage with all the amenities you'd expect in a first class hotel. It is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen, dreamy king size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a spa shower. Bathrobes are provided and the floors have radiant heat to maximize the guest experience. The cottage has WiFi with streaming channels for the TV. Tucked In is set on a half acre with a patio just through the french doors and further into the garden is a fire pit for your enjoyment. The cottage is shared with the Main House. From 11/01 - 4/01, parking for the cottage is across the street as there is no street parking during the winter for plowing accessibility From 4/01 - 10/31 free parking is on the street just at the end of the driveway. If no one is in the main house during your stay, you're welcome to park in the driveway.

Perfect weekend away!

Perfect spot for our anniversary weekend away! It was clean, a short walk to restaurants and shopping and they even left bacon and eggs in the fridge for breakfast!

This was the cleanest and most thoughtful (curated amenities) rental we have ever stayed in. The location was convenient and walkable to downtown Manchester Center. If we find ourselves traveling to Manchester again in the future we will definitely stay here again!

Summer weekend

Perfect stay-easy check-in. Great location-good outdoor seating. Comfortable bed, great shower, added touch with breakfast food in the fridge! Also, we're able to check out an hour later.

A stay was perfect. The home was beautiful great furniture, very comfortable bed nice amenities in the bathroom and the hostess left us eggs and butter and half-and-half and English muffins for breakfast and bacon and it was delicious so we ate breakfast at home which is what we like to do and there was coffee it was a wonderful experience highly recommend.

Vermont Retreat

This is our second time staying at this property and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay . The cottage is well appointed and meticulously cared for .The owner is very responsive and accommodating .

Highly Recommend

After many years of visiting VT, we’ve found the perfect get away retreat. The decor, beautiful gardens, attention to detail and great location made this a 5 star experience. 5 stars for Joan , our host, as well.

Great getaway

Love love love this property. Joan was very helpful from booking through the end of our stay. Comfy bed, good linens and super clean. The property has a sense of home. I loved being close to town to grab coffee in the morning at Charlies cafe. If we are in Manchester again, this is our go to spot.

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay at Tucked In and we plan to return to one of the larger properties with some friends. Joanie was extremely accommodating and all the attention to detail was a very nice touch. Highly recommend!

Well done.

I’ve stayed in many different vacation rentals and this one was the cleanest, most well appointed and thought-out property I have ever stayed at. It was clear that the host truly cared about the details. Lovely spot, walkable to everything, quiet and private.

A real find

We have been traveling the Manchester area for 30 years, and Tucked In is one of the nicest places we've stayed. It's hard to find a one bedroom rental this new, clean and private. We cooked in a bit, and the small kitchen was well equipped. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed at Tucked In for a quick getaway in Manchester Center. The cottage is very private yet close to restaurants & retail, so everything was walkable. Very clean and tastefully decorated, it felt spacious yet cozy. Fridge was stocked with a few breakfast items. Thanks Joanie!

Perfect cozy cottage!!! 😍😍

We just spent a week in this lovely cottage, very spacious for 2 people with all the amenities we needed. The location is great and we were able to walk to the town as well as short drives for great hikes and fly fishing. We also highly recommend the Thai Basil restaurant, 5 minute walk from Tucked In. 😄

I absolutely loved it! Perfect for just me! The heated floors an added bonus. The host thought of everything to make me feel welcomed! Highly recommend!

Cozy and Clean!

The cottage is beautiful and well kept! It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. There are plenty of towels and the sheets are very soft. It is located right in Manchester, so it is a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, Walgreens, and the Northshire Bookstore, but it is tucked back from the road, so it is still very peaceful and quiet.

Luxury Cottage Living

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying this property for four nights. It was everything advertised and much more. It was immaculately clean, beautiful furnished and a stone's throw from downtown. I moved here from Westchester County, NY in 2012. I lived in that area for over 40 years. During 5 of those years I was an innkeeper in the Bahamas as welI as St. Croix. I grew up coming here, almost moved here a couple of different times and in 2012, I decided to make the move. I bought this property and completely renovated it the first year I was here. At the beginning of 2014 I set out to create Tucked In. It's new and I'm excited to be back in the hospitality business. I love Manchester and I look forward to hosting you here in my new hometown.

I looked for a long time and there was something about this house and where it sat. I didn't want to be in the middle of nowhere so this was the perfect solution. My house was built in 1895 and it was built beautifully. It was in desperate need of love and that's what it got. It took some time and a little bit of aggravation but in the end, it is magnificent and stands proudly in the center of town. A neighbor across the street described it as 'shiny'
