This charming three-bedroom 'Colony' house is located in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood, just steps away from several beautiful white sand beaches. All of these beaches are only a 4-5 minute walk from the front gate.

Enjoy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, along with stunning Aruban skies and sunsets. The large outdoor patio features a comfortable seating area, dining space, BBQ, and sunbeds, creating a perfect outdoor living area.

The house is equipped with modern, cozy amenities—everything you need is ready; just bring your suitcases. Let us take care of the rest!

Guest Access:

The entire property is yours to enjoy exclusively.

There are two air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom stocked with toiletries.
A third air-conditioned bedroom features two twin beds.
The main living room also has a powerful AC unit for your comfort, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The bright, open kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals—whether for enjoying at the house or packing up for a day of adventure or beach time.

For your entertainment, the living room includes a large TV with cable and free access to Netflix. We also provide free high-speed WiFi and long-distance calling to North America.

There are books available for reading while you take in the breathtaking views through the large picture windows or garden chairs. Outside, enjoy the patio with a BBQ grill and a garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

We also provide beach toys, chairs, and towels for your convenience. Additionally, four adult-sized bicycles are available for rent—please inquire if interested.

Interaction with Guests:

Your host will greet you at the property, provide the entry door code, and give you a tour of the house. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in and after check-out. Additional cleaning services are available for a fee—please ask if needed.
